Granted hard work pays off, but working smarter is even more inevitable than you'd think.  No one in our generation wants to work  at a business that does not allow them to work on their passion on the side. When you're doing something you love it never feels as if your working.

There is a difference between working hard and working smart. An example of working hard, is a person working two full-time jobs and never getting time to do anything they love to do. That is eighty plus hours a week to do something most likely you'd rather be doing something else. Opposed to the smart worker, who works a full-time job and also has time to do what he/she loves to do on the side. One day that time spent working on their passion becomes their full-time job, and they end having everything they dreamt about.

There are two types of people in this world, you're either somebody or you're a nobody which one are you?
