You Need An Exit Strategy: Everyone’s At Risk
The recession isn’t going anywhere, and economists say that 75% of those who have jobs now are at risk of losing them thanks to what they call “creative deconstruction” -- downsizing, right-sizing, outsourcing, and off-shoring. According to the most recent statistics from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 261,346 people were “separated from their jobs” in the second quarter of 2011 alone.
